The platform helps organizations identify, assess, approve, deploy, and monitor operating system, software, firmware, and vendor-approved updates across IT and OT infrastructure.</p><p>REPLIL IPM supports environments incorporating technologies from vendors such as <strong>Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Schneider Electric, Emerson, Rockwell Automation</strong>, and others, while correlating vulnerability and security information from sources such as the <strong>NIST National Vulnerability Database (NVD)</strong>.</p><p>We are looking for a hands-on <strong>System Engineer</strong> who understands infrastructure, networking, troubleshooting, and—most importantly—the fundamentals of <strong>patch management</strong>.</p><p><br></p>The Role<p>The System Engineer will be responsible for deploying, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting REPLIL Industrial Patch Manager and its supporting infrastructure at customer environments in Saudi Arabia.</p><p>This is a hands-on technical role suited to an engineer who is comfortable working with <strong>Windows Server, patch management technologies, networking, firewalls, remote management protocols, and enterprise infrastructure</strong>.</p><p>Experience in OT or industrial environments is an advantage, but candidates with a strong IT infrastructure and patch-management background who are interested in developing OT expertise are encouraged to apply.</p><p><br></p>Key Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li>Deploy, configure, administer, and troubleshoot <strong>REPLIL Industrial Patch Manager (IPM)</strong> and related components.</li><li>Manage and troubleshoot <strong>Windows Server</strong> environments.</li><li>Configure and support <strong>Microsoft patch-management technologies</strong>, including <strong>WSUS, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), and Windows Update</strong>.</li><li>Understand the complete patch-management lifecycle, including:</li><li>Patch discovery and synchronization</li><li>Patch applicability and identification</li><li>Testing and validation</li><li>Approval workflows</li><li>Patch deployment and engineering, cybersecurity, and R&D teams.</li></ul><p><br></p>Required Qualifications<p>Candidates should have:</p><ul><li><strong>3+ years of hands-on experience</strong> in System Engineering, System Administration, Infrastructure Support, or a similar role.</li><li>Good practical understanding of <strong>enterprise patch management</strong>.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Windows Server administration</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>WSUS, SCCM/MECM, Windows Update, or comparable enterprise patch-management platforms</strong>.</li><li>Good
