Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technician / engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support across restaurant outlets in the KSA. This role involves supporting and maintaining a wide range of IT infrastructure and systems including POS, servers, desktop hardware, printers, network equipment, and security systems. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, responsive, and possess strong troubleshooting abilities with a customer-service mindset.<br>Key Responsibilities:1. Outlet IT Support:Provide first-line and second-line IT support across all outlets for hardware and software issues. Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems (e.g., Squirrel and Restroworks,), KOT, KDS, printers, and other peripherals. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows desktops, servers, and other IT systems.<br>2. Network & Infrastructure:Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connections. Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and telephone system connectivity at the outlet level. Install, maintain, and support CCTV systems, biometric devices, and access control solutions. Liaise with ISP providers and internal teams to resolve connectivity issues.<br>3. Application Support:Provide basic application-level support and guidance to users, including updates and installations. <p><strong>Position Title:</strong> Chemist</p><p><strong>Reporting:</strong> Administrative: Chief Chemist</p><p><strong>Function:</strong> Operations</p><p><strong>Job Location:</strong> Al Madinnah Al Manwarah, Sidra</p><p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong> To conduct lab analysis, test samples, evaluate results and support in the establishment of plant operational parameters, in order to ensure efficient testing and sampling in compliance with NOMAC s policies, quality standards and HSE procedures.</p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lab Testing</strong> Receive, check and register samples to ensure appropriate tests and analysis are undertaken and develop reports on the test results in an accurate and timely manner according to planned schedules to meet end user requirements.</li><li>Keep abreast and have an understanding of the regulatory requirements pertaining to environmental compliance, chemical used in the plant, MSDS, plant P&IDs, SOPs, Work instructions, as well as the emergency operation procedures and any other related documents, so as to ensure compliance with the standards and norms.</li><li><strong>Plant Chemistry</strong> Interpret results of tests to help establish optimum operational parameters, both for current operations and to maintain the integrity of the plant over the longer term.</li><li>Provide process related assistance to the Operations team on matters affecting plant process and performance in order to maximize yield as per the quality guidelines.</li><li>Provide support in internal / external Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental audits, in order to effectively implement corrective actions suggested by the team.</li><li><strong>Laboratory Handling</strong> Confirm the yearly third party calibration of lab instruments as per IMS requirements to ensure that equipment is kept in a safe and efficient working condition.</li><li>Investigate and submit recommendations to Chief Chemist on various operational problems related to the chemical and physical analysis to acquire data for process control and verification of quality.</li><li>Maintain adequate stock of all chemicals consumables (bulk and fine chemicals, glassware, etc.) and, dosing and testing equipment in the plant, to ensure timely availability and uninterrupted laboratory services.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong> Contribute in the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the organisation s standards.</li><li><strong>Policies, Processes, Systems & Procedures</strong> Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner.</li><li><strong>Health, Safety, Security & Environment</strong> Adhere to all relevant health, safety, security and environmental procedures, instructions and controls so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.</li><li><strong>Related Assignments</strong> Perform any other duties which the line manager may require to be carried out.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor degree holder in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering</li><li>3 years experience in a Laboratory function within a reputed Plant preferably within the power and water desalination.</li><li>Time Management</li><li>Data Collection and Analysis</li><li>Planning and Organizing</li><li>Communication</li><li>Operations Systems Knowledge</li><li>Detailed understanding of the Chemical and Environmental matters associated power and Desalination plant.</li><li>Certified Environmental and Safety Qualification</li><li>In-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements</li><li>Knowledge of environmental and health impact of chemicals being used in the plant</li></ul>
<p>Position Objective: To work as Program Manager for Core and Cloud design in a leading telecom operator, providing consultancy leadership to plan and orchestrate workstreams aligned with architectural strategy and business priorities. Job Description & Responsibilities: Lead designing future and existing mobile core and telco cloud infrastructure to host voice, data, VAS and core control services. Ensure expediting the transformation, modernization and migrations of mobile core & telco cloud services in line to the emerging technologies and industry evolution. Drive the capacity and performance related expansions for the various components of mobile core & telco cloud infrastructure and services. Lead translation of core and telco cloud infrastructure deployment plan to specific design activities. Guide preparation and evaluation of RFX, RFIs, RFPs and RFQs for mobile core and telco cloud infrastructure and services, according to the yearly business demands. Ensure expanding core & telco cloud infrastructure to cater Data, Voice, VAS, and Control services requirements based on annual growth and business objectives. Validate network architecture evolution and technology strategy roadmap. Guide development of required technical capabilities to support 5G standalone core, network slicing, private networks and edge use cases. Align design activities for Core infrastructure domains including 5G Core, EPC, IMS, UDC, DRA/DEA/STP/ISTP, MSC/MGW, IPX, Wifi Core, DPI, VAS services and consolidation platform. Design business continuity, multi-level resilience and disaster recovery plans for Core & Cloud infrastructure and services, meeting Business Continuity and Risk Management requirements. Align design activities for telco cloud including Infrastructure, Hypervisor, VIM, CISM, VNFMs, CNFMs, NFVO, DC SDN, WAN solutions, load balancers, network cards, along with various management and automation tools. Ensure compliance with technical standards and guidelines. Guide POCs and proposals on emerging cloud and core infrastructure technologies. Lead validation of technical solutions from vendors and the use of latest technologies and functional capabilities in compliance with regulations. Ensure proper approvals of Technical Specifications documentation including HLD, LLD, Integration Specs and Solution Documents. Align efficient engagement with cybersecurity and data protection for incorporating the relevant security requirements and guidelines into core & telco cloud infrastructure and services design. Drive the effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee full alignment. Ensure release schedule development and management to guarantee smooth and efficient LCM. Ensure all required test cases are aligned between Telco Cloud and VNF/CNF Design teams, and proactive VNFs/CNFs on-boarding testing and certification.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable university. Proven project management skills with strong coordination and stakeholder engagement Proficiency in virtualization, networking, storage, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). Experience with programming/scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation. Experience with Zero Trust and Security-by-Design architecture principles. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, RHCE, or Kubernetes) are an added advantage. Strong growth mindset, analytical thinking, and ability to work in dynamic environments.</p>
