Job Summary:The Audio Visual (AV) Specialist shall be responsible for the planning, design review, coordination, installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and handover of Audio Visual systems across the project assets, including commercial offices, residential towers, retail spaces, conference facilities, entertainment venues, public areas, and smart building environment.<br>The role ensures that all AV systems meet project specifications, client requirements, industry standards, and operational needs while coordinating closely with architects, consultants, MEP teams, ICT/ELV contractors, and end users. Key responsibilities include reviewing shop drawings, conducting site visits, and resolving construction issues, working closely with the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) team of over 80 site professionals. As discipline Specialist, you will ensure the project meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and design integrity. This role requires a strategic leader with the expertise to execute a vision, manage resources, and deliver outstanding results within set timelines and budgets.<br>Key Responsibilities:Review AV system designs, drawings, materials and other submittals to ensure compliance with Design intent and technical specifications. Coordinate AV requirements with architects, interior designers, MEP, ICT, and ELV disciplines. Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate AV installations with construction schedules Interface with consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives Resolve site coordination issues and clashes Identify installation errors or equipment deficiencies, issue site instructions or snag lists, and verify contractor rectification Monitor AV contractor installation activities. UC Senior Technical Support Engineer Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Unified Communications (UC) Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Avaya Aura, Cisco Unified Communications, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), VoIP, SIP, and enterprise telecommunications technologies. The role is responsible for providing advanced L2/L3 technical support, troubleshooting complex UC and telephony incidents, implementing approved production changes, and supporting solution implementation, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, analytical, and capable of independently resolving complex technical issues while working collaboratively with clients, project teams, network and security teams, and other technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 technical support for enterprise Unified Communications, telephony, and contact center environments. Configure, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Avaya Aura and Cisco Unified Communications platforms. Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving VoIP, SIP, H.323, call routing, signaling, codec negotiation, and voice quality.
