Coordinate HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, and other mechanical systems. Ensure tenant designs comply with approved MEP provisions, technical standards, and fit-out requirements. Monitor tenant MEP fit-out works and conduct site inspections. Identify technical issues, non-compliant works, and coordinate corrective actions. Support testing, commissioning, snagging, completion, and handover activities. Coordinate with tenants, consultants, contractors, Leasing, Development, Facility Management, Operations, and other technical disciplines.
