في هذا الدور، ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في تشكيل نتائج تصميم النقل عبر مشاريع البنية التحتية المدنية الكبرى، مع دعم توفير حلول هندسية عملية ومتوافقة وعالية الجودة. ستعمل عن كثب مع التخصصات الداخلية والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع للمساعدة في تقدم حزم التصميم من التطوير حتى التقديم مع الحفاظ على تركيز قوي على التنسيق والدقة ومعايير المشروع.
المسؤوليات
- قيادة حزم تصميم النقل للطرق والمحاور والمشروعات البنية التحتية المدنية.
- التنسيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لتقديم حلول تصميم هندسي متوافقة.
- مراجعة الرسومات والمواصفات والحسابات من حيث الجودة والدقة الفنية.
- دعم تخطيط المشروع وتطوير التصميم والتسليم في المواعيد المحددة.
- ضمان تلبية التصاميم لمتطلبات العميل والرموز ومعايير المشروع السعودي.
الملف المرغوب للمرشح
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في هندسة النقل.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات ذات صلة في النقل وهندسة الطرق.
- خبرة في البنى التحتية الكبرى والطرق والالتفافات والجسور وبرامج النقل.
- فهم قوي لـ:
- تصميم الطرق
- الهندسة المرورية
- الصرف والهيدرولوجيا
- الهندسة الإنشائية
- الهندسة الجيوتكنيكية
- هندسة سلامة الطرق
- تنسيق المرافق
- خبرة في مراجعة التصاميم الهندسية متعددة التخصصات.
- إتقان Civil 3D وOpenRoads وAutoCAD وMicroStation وHEC-RAS وHEC-HMS وبرامج الهندسة ذات الصلة.
- خبرة بالعمل ضمن بيئات PMC أو العميل أو الاستشارات التصميمية.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping transportation design outcomes across major civil infrastructure projects, supporting the delivery of practical, compliant, and high-quality engineering solutions. You will work closely with internal disciplines, clients, and project stakeholders to help advance design packages from development through submission while maintaining a strong focus on coordination, accuracy, and project standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead transportation design packages for roads, corridors, and civil infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant engineering design solutions.
- Review drawings, specifications, and calculations for quality and technical accuracy.
- Support project planning, design development, and timely submission of deliverables.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, codes, and Saudi project standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master's Degree in Transportation Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in transportation and highway engineering.
- Experience in major infrastructure, highways, interchanges, bridges, and transportation programs.
- Strong understanding of:
- Highway Design
- Traffic Engineering
- Drainage & Hydrology
- Structural Engineering
- Geotechnical Engineering
- Road Safety Engineering
- Utility Coordination
- Experience reviewing multidisciplinary engineering designs.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, MicroStation, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS and related engineering software.
- Experience working within PMC, client, or design consultancy environments.
