Based at our Dammam Head Office, you will manage the full crewing cycle from sourcing and recruiting qualified seafarers, to arranging visas, travel, and rotations, to maintaining compliance with flag state and client requirements. You will act as the main point of contact for officers and crew and work closely with agents, vessels, clients (including Aramco), and internal departments to keep operations running smoothly.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Recruitment</strong> Identify staffing needs and positions required across the company. Post vacancies on job portals and follow up on applications. Coordinate with recruitment agents worldwide and maintain contacts for staffing requirements. Shortlist CVs, manage the selection process, and conduct initial interviews. Verify candidate documents and certifications. Negotiate salary and contract terms. Obtain final approval for the selection and recruitment of onshore and offshore staff. Source officers and crew for each vessel. Plan work and vacation periods for offshore crew and prepare rotation plans for all officers and crew in line with their contracts. Update and maintain crew records and documentation.
