Assistant Manager required for a commercial complex<br>We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee the executive and operational management of a commercial complex, including full supervision of operations, maintenance, and tenant relations to ensure high performance, enhanced visitor experience, and asset quality preservation.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>* Manage daily operations of the complex and supervise all facilities and services.<br>* Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance and operational plans.<br>* Oversee security, safety, cleanliness, parking, and public facilities.<br>* Manage tenant relations, address operational challenges, and resolve issues.<br>* Follow up on contracts, leases, collections, and financial obligations.<br>* Prepare operational budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue.<br>* Manage staff, contractors, and service providers, evaluating their performance.<br>* Supervise events and marketing seasons to increase footfall and revitalize the complex.<br>* Prepare periodic reports, performance indicators, and recommendations for senior management.<br>* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, requirements, and licenses.<br><br>Requirements & Qualifications:<br>* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.<br>* Minimum 10 years of experience in managing and operating commercial complexes, real estate, or facilities.<br>* Proven experience in managing a commercial complex, boulevard, or mixed-use project.<br>* Strong expertise in operations, maintenance, tenant management, budgeting, and collections.<br>* Excellent leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.<br>* Proficiency in report writing and performance indicator analysis.<br>* Fluency in English and proficiency in administrative systems and software.<br>* Full-time availability and readiness to assume full responsibility for the complex’s management.<br><br>To Apply:<br>Please submit your CV, highlighting the most prominent complexes or projects previously managed, the size of the team supervised, achievements accomplished, and the expected salary.<br>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
