• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and Saudi regulations.

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.

• Monitor work activities to ensure safe work practices are followed.

• Assist in conducting risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

• Support the implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.

• Deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.

• Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and assist in investigations.

• Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and documentation.

• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel.

• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to promote a strong safety culture.

• Participate in emergency drills and support emergency response activities.

• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure.

• Saudi National (Mandatory).

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in HSE or construction projects.

• Basic knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standards.

• Familiarity with risk assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), and incident reporting is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

• Willing to work on project sites and travel when required.

• Eager to learn, proactive, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

• Professional certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or First Aid are an advantage but not mandatory.
