Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and Saudi regulations.
Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Monitor work activities to ensure safe work practices are followed.
Assist in conducting risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Support the implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
Deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and assist in investigations.
Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and documentation.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to promote a strong safety culture.
Participate in emergency drills and support emergency response activities.
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure.

Saudi National (Mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in HSE or construction projects.
Basic knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standards.
Familiarity with risk assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), and incident reporting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
Willing to work on project sites and travel when required.
Eager to learn, proactive, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
Professional certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or First Aid are an advantage but not mandatory.
