<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>The accountant is responsible for performing and following up on daily accounting and financial operations, preparing entries and financial reports, reviewing accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data in accordance with approved policies and procedures and the applicable accounting systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Record daily accounting entries and post them to the accounting system.</li><li>Monitor customer and supplier accounts and record cash receipts and disbursements.</li><li>Prepare and review invoices and financial claims.</li><li>Carry out bank reconciliations and regularly reconcile balances.</li><li>Track expenses, revenues, advances, and financial advances.</li><li>Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and budgets.</li><li>Prepare and review VAT returns and zakat and tax requirements.</li><li>Monitor fixed assets, calculate depreciation, and update asset registers.</li><li>Prepare documents and data required for internal and external audits.</li><li>Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting documents and records.</li><li>Comply with financial policies and related regulations and instructions.</li><li>Perform any other financial or accounting tasks assigned by management.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field.</li><li>Practical experience in the accounting field.</li><li>Good knowledge of accounting standards and applicable financial systems in the Kingdom.</li><li>Familiarity with the requirements of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.</li><li>Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.</li><li>Membership or professional registration with the Saudi Organization for Auditors and Accountants is preferred.</li></ul>

This full-time position is central to ensuring the safe and efficient loading and offloading of flights within catering operations. The role requires a professional with <strong >2-5 years of experience</strong> in a similar capacity, committed to upholding stringent safety, hygiene, and security regulations.</p> <h3 >Operational Responsibilities</h3> <ul > <li >Execute the correct loading of flights using the High Loader, ensuring meal carts, containers, and standard units are properly secured.</li> <li >Ensure all flights are loaded according to the loading plan and within established deadlines.</li> <li >Verify that all equipment for loading is correctly labeled as per the packing diagram.</li> <li >Operate the vehicle's air conditioning unit during loading operations.</li> <li >Ensure the Hi-loader is clean and tidy before and after each handling operation (arrival/departure).</li> <li >Ensure offloaded food items are not consumed.</li> <li >Supply sufficient dry ice with food items to maintain required temperatures.</li> <li >Adhere to proper procedures for parking the up-catering van during delivery.</li> <li >Assist in handling DEK and ABC Guide as required.</li> <li >Perform other job-related duties as assigned, in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.</li> </ul> <h3 >Safety, Security, and Compliance</h3> <ul > <li >Strictly enforce regulations while loading and offloading aircraft, ensuring no liquor, cabin crew kits, or non-catering items are offloaded.</li> <li >Adhere to laid down hygiene standards during preparation, assembly, and handling of flights.</li> <li >Ensure a 'FOLLOW ME' escort accompanies the vehicle when flights are loaded at Air Force Base.</li> <li >Comply with regulations of Airport Authorities, Customs, and Security, reporting any deviations immediately.</li> <li >Understand the hazardous nature of the job and follow all related procedures completely.</li> <li >Adhere to Cybersecurity policies and procedures, dealing with data according to classification levels.</li> <li >Avoid violating intellectual property rights and comply with Cybersecurity requirements for user devices, internet, software, systems, and email.</li> <li >Adhere to acceptable use policy for company information and technical assets, using them only for business purposes.</li> <li >Obtain required permits for hosting visitors in sensitive company sites and report Cybersecurity incidents.</li> </ul> <h3 >Vehicle Management and Coordination</h3> <ul > <li >Maintain a neat, clean, and tidy Hi-loader at all times.</li> <li >Possess comprehensive knowledge of driving and operating systems for all types of catering vehicles.</li> <li >Ensure the loader attached understands marshalling/de-marshalling procedures.</li> <li >Bear responsibility for training other Loaders.</li> <li >Report any vehicle accident or incident to the Chief Driver immediately.</li> <li >Maintain the Driver’s Movement Report.</li> <li >Coordinate with the Transport and Chief Driver regarding changes in schedule and aircraft.</li> <li >Keep the Supervisor informed regarding flight statuses.</li> </ul> <h3 >Qualifications and Requirements</h3> <ul > <li >High School, Secondary, or Vocational School graduate.</li> <li >Minimum of <strong >2-5 years of experience</strong> in a similar position within catering operations preparation.</li> <li >Valid light or heavy professional driver’s license.</li> <li >Valid Ramp pass.</li> <li >Comprehensive knowledge of radio communication procedures.</li> <li >Ability to report on duty on roster timings and in proper uniform.</li> </ul> <h3 >Work Environment and General Expectations</h3> <p >This full-time role operates within the dynamic environment of catering operations in Al Qassim.
