Director – Real Estate Fund Management Location: Saudi Arabia Seniority: Director<br>Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Director to join the Real Estate Fund Management team of a leading Saudi investment institution. The successful candidate will take senior responsibility for the management of real estate funds and investments across their full lifecycle, from initial evaluation and acquisition through active fund management and eventual exit.<br>This is a highly commercial and investment-focused position requiring strong financial judgement, extensive knowledge of the Saudi Arabian real estate market and the ability to independently assess, challenge and make decisions on investment opportunities. e-commerce</li><li>Familiarity with data privacy regulations, including PDPL and GDPR</li><li>Experience operating across multiple markets, ideally within the MENA region</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills</li><li>Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g. CISA, CRISC, CISM, ICA)</li><li>Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move fast in a high-growth
