Extensive knowledge of roads, utilities, drainage, landscape, hardscape, urban realm, and streetscape developments. Demonstrated experience in Engineering Manager, Design Manager, or Senior Project Engineering roles on major projects. Strong understanding of design management and engineering coordination within design-and-build contracting environments. Experience managing consultant teams, technical approvals, permitting processes, and stakeholder interfaces. Previous experience delivering projects within Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
