Job Description – PMO Engineer (Electromechanical Projects)<br>Responsibilities:Monitor the progress of electromechanical projects and ensure alignment with project plans. Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and performance dashboards. Track project budgets, costs, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Own the company-wide cost breakdown structure and cost code library and enforce a single coding standard across the portfolio. Establish the monthly cost control reporting cycle, its calendar, its inputs, and its owners. Convert project budgets and margins into working control budgets and maintain them through the variation and change lifecycle. Maintain commitment control across subcontracts and purchase orders, giving visibility of committed, incurred and forecast cost before expenditure is realised. Operate a trend and change register that captures cost movement at the point it becomes known Produce monthly cost-value reconciliation for every project, cost incurred against value earned, against value certified, and explain the variance at cost-code level.
