ROLE PURPOSEThe Senior Business Development & Partnerships Manager will establish and grow English Path’s presence in Riyadh by driving B2B and B2G sales, building impactful partnerships, and generating revenue through corporate, governmental, community, and institutional channels. The role focuses on revenue generation, tender management, market expansion, and partnerships that also support B2C demand.<br>This is a senior individual‑contributor role requiring autonomy, commercial expertise, and strong relationship‑building capabilities.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Business Development Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients and government entities. Lead and manage tender submissions and government procurement processes. Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets in Riyadh. Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and contracting. Build and maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers across industries and government sectors. Develop quarterly and annual commercial plans, defining priority segments and revenue pathways. Lead the preparation of tailored proposals and pricing, ensuring solutions align with client needs.<br>Partnerships & Market Expansion Develop strategic partnerships with schools, universities, community organisations, and training institutes. Promote English Path programmes (adult courses, young learner products, pathways) to institutional partners. Represent English Path at education fairs, exhibitions, and community events. Create partnership‑driven lead‑generation models (e.g., school collaborations, referral channels) to support B2C student recruitment. Engage with key ecosystem stakeholders, including chambers of commerce, training bodies, and sector associations, to strengthen English Path’s visibility and connections. <br> Client Relationship Management Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline. Ensure consistent follow‑up and conversion of leads into contracts. Collaborate with agents, referral partners, and internal sales teams to maximise opportunities. Deliver exceptional customer service to strengthen long‑term relationships<br> Market Intelligence & Reporting Conduct market research to stay informed on trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Provide regular commercial performance reports, revenue forecasts, and market assessments. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the English language education sector in Saudi Arabia. Own the accuracy of revenue forecasts and CRM pipeline data, ensuring it reflects real‑time sales cycles. Share structured feedback with internal teams regarding local market needs, competitor behaviour, and product opportunities. <br>Operational & Cross‑Functional Support Support the Centre Manager and Operations team when required, including hosting guests and visiting partners. Coordinate with Academic, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of programmes sold. Contribute to local initiatives that strengthen English Path’s visibility and reputation within Riyadh.<br>QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification.<br>ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLSExperience Minimum 5+ years of commercial experience in Saudi Arabia, ideally in education, training, language learning, or related sectors. Proven experience in B2B and B2G sales, including tender management, negotiations, and contract closing. Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and build new business pipelines. Experience managing institutional or community partnerships is strongly preferred. Skills Fluent in Arabic and English (essential). Strong sales and negotiation capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build strong relationships at senior levels across corporate and government sectors. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. This role requires you to lead and govern fire and life safety functions by ensuring regulatory compliance, safeguarding fire and life safety standards, enabling safe development, and driving efficient, transparent, and risk-based processes aligned with Civil Defense and Saudi Building Code requirements as defined by the Qiddiya Operating Model and the MOU between Qiddiya and Civil Defense.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Define strategy and operating model Establish governance frameworks, policies, and internal decision-making protocols Align Qiddiya's fire and life safety practices with Civil Defence and the Saudi Building Code Promote risk-based, performance-based, and outcome-driven approaches Oversee full lifecycle of fire and life safety approvals (reviews, inspections, licenses, certificates, NOCs, etc.) Oversee monthly reporting submissions to Civil Defense Ensure readiness for final inspection across all projects Control Fire and Life Safety resource allocation across all tasks and priorities Resolve high-level stakeholder issues and escalations Represent the organization in strategic forums and committees Lead implementation of digital permitting platforms and automation tools Introduce risk-based screening and fast-track mechanisms<br><br>Core deliverables:<br><br>Updated Fire and Life Safety governance framework that clarifies roles and responsibilities Regular reporting and issue escalation with Civil Defence Stable and streamlined processes without compromising regulatory standards Digitized permitting processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, traceability, data quality, and user experience<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in fire and life safety engineering, regulatory compliance, or fire code enforcement, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership/managerial capacity In-depth knowledge of Civil Defense requirements, the Saudi Building Code (SBC), and international fire safety standards (e.g., NFPA, IBC) Experience leading or contributing to the implementation of digital permitting platforms, automation tools, or process digitization initiatives to improve efficiency, traceability, and data quality
