<li>Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth mobilisation of new joiners and compliance with all employment requirements.</li>
<li>Support payroll, GOSI, benefits, and HR administration processes in coordination with relevant teams.</li>
<li>Translate HR related documents, correspondence, polices, employment letters, and official communications from English to Arabic and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and consistency of content.</li>
<li>Manage employee training and development administration, including coordination of local KSA programs such as COOP, Tamheer, and related initiatives.</li>

<p><strong>Skills and Qualification</strong></p>
