The Hub sits within CGIAR's Digital Transformation Accelerator (DTA) and works closely with AI partners including MBZUAI, ai71, Inception and other UAE and AI partners to translate 50+ years of CGIAR agricultural data and science into practical AI tools for food, land, and water systems.<br><br>The UAE agriculture and AI ecosystem has expanded rapidly, bringing together sovereign institutions, innovation hubs, and global development partners. The CGIAR AI Hub now requires dedicated partnership capacity to deepen its positioning within this ecosystem and convert relationships into active collaborations.<br><br>Purpose<br><br>The Partnership Engagement Specialist will serve as the primary relationship manager between the CGIAR AI Hub and the UAE Agriculture and AI ecosystem. We are seeking a Cybersecurity GRC Specialist to support and enhance our Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Security Awareness programs. This role plays a critical part in protecting our information assets, cloud environments, and data by ensuring effective governance structures, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities???? Cybersecurity Governance Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity governance policies, frameworks, and standards. Monitor organizational adherence to established cybersecurity policies and controls. Provide periodic governance and risk posture reports to the CISO and executive leadership. Maintain cybersecurity documentation aligned with regulatory and industry standards.???? Risk Management Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments across business units and cloud environments. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize cybersecurity risks. Maintain and continuously update the organizational risk register. Drive remediation efforts and ensure timely closure of identified risks and audit findings.???? Compliance & Regulatory Alignment Ensure compliance with KSA regulatory frameworks (e.g., NCA ECC, SAMA CSF) and international standards such as ISO 27001. Support internal and external audit activities. Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented technical and administrative security controls. Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports as required.???? Business Continuity & Incident Support Assist in the development and maintenance of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans. Support Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities. Participate in testing and validation of continuity and recovery procedures. Contribute to incident response efforts to ensure minimal operational disruption.???? Security Awareness Support and promote cybersecurity awareness initiatives across the organization. Assist in managing awareness tools and programs. Foster a strong cybersecurity culture and ensure employee understanding of risks and responsibilities. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.2–4 years of experience in Cybersecurity GRC or related roles. Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management methodologies, and compliance practices. Knowledge of KSA regulatory requirements (NCA, SAMA) and ISO 27001 standards. Hands-on experience with GRC tools is preferred. Preferred Certifications ISO 27001 Lead Implementer Comp TIA Security+Other relevant GRC certifications are a plus
Basic Function:<br>The IT Infrastructure Architecture Specialist (SMP) is responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure architecture to ensure security, scalability, resilience, and alignment with business and enterprise architecture standards. The role provides expert-level leadership in infrastructure design across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.<br>Job Scope: The IT Infrastructure Architecture Specialist is responsible for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s IT infrastructure architecture. The role covers enterprise-wide infrastructure environments, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid platforms, and ensures alignment with business needs, security requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.<br>Principal Duties: <br>1. Infrastructure Architecture & Design:• Define and maintain the IT infrastructure architecture roadmap, standards, and reference architectures.• Design scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions across:Data centers Cloud platforms (Iaa S / Paa S) Hybrid environments• Evaluate and approve infrastructure designs for new systems and major changes.<br>2. Governance & Standards• Establish and enforce infrastructure architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.• Participate in architecture review boards and technical governance forums.• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and digital transformation initiatives.<br>5. Performance, Availability & Resilience• Design infrastructure solutions with high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity in mind.• Define backup, recovery, and resilience strategies.• Optimize infrastructure performance, capacity, and cost.<br>6.
