Manage the design consultant and the design-build contractor to ensure design deliverables are made available on time and achieve client requirements, codes, and standards. Manage and track contractor activities and other key stakeholders to obtain authorities’ approvals, permits, and NOCs on time. Manage project HSSE activities throughout the project lifecycle to ensure safe and sustained delivery in accordance with client standards, policies, and procedures. Review project activities daily to validate, measure, and report actual progress achieved, and validate reports submitted by project participants throughout the lifecycle. Report findings and recommendations to the client. Lead project reporting activities across the K&A team and act as the focal point of communication and reporting with the client.
