This position is distinct from a traditional pharmaceutical sales representative role. The successful candidate will take ownership of enterprise business development, working closely with the Leadership Team to identify high-potential accounts, engage decision-makers, build business cases, and advance opportunities towards pilot and commercial agreements. The role requires an understanding of pharmaceutical operations, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and the capacity to build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.

Success in this role is defined by building a high-quality pharmaceutical pipeline and converting PACE Align's initial strategic opportunities into pilot and commercial partnerships. Performance will be measured by the quality and progression of opportunities, access to relevant decision-makers, commercial conversion rates, and the development of sustainable pharmaceutical partnerships, rather than solely by the number of leads generated.

Engagement Model

This is initially a flexible, part-time, performance-based commercial engagement.
