Job Purpose<br>The Strategy Analyst supports the (CSO) in driving the healthcare organization's strategic agenda by translating the organizational vision into measurable, actionable outcomes. The role exists to ensure that the organization's strategic plan is continuously monitored, rigorously analysed, and effectively executed across all departments. Through the application of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework, advanced data analysis, and structured process improvement project tracking, the Strategy Analyst serves as the analytical and operational backbone of the Corporate Strategy function. Engages with senior leadership and cross-functional heads to gather data, validate strategic assumptions, and build organizational buy-in for strategic initiatives. Identifies strategic-level risks, trends, and deviations. Provides analytical recommendations and escalates critical issues to the CSO with supporting evidence and proposed corrective actions. Identifies capability gaps in strategic thinking and BSC application across the organization. Advises on training needs and contributes to strategic literacy programmes.<br>Functional Accountabilities:Performs advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis on clinical, operational, and financial datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and strategic opportunities. Translates complex data into executive-level insights. Designs the KPI framework, defines measures and targets, and builds the architecture of dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or Power BI. Determines what is measured and why. Builds financial models, conducts scenario analyses, and performs cost-benefit and ROI assessments to support strategic investment decisions and recommendations to the CSO. Identify trends, issues, or deviations from the project plan and recommend corrective actions. Maintains oversight of the strategic project portfolio, monitoring alignment of all initiatives with the BSC and strategic objectives. Identifies portfolio-level risks and strategic gaps. Conducts impact assessments and cost-benefit analyses for process improvement initiatives. Evaluates post-implementation outcomes and integrates findings into the BSC and strategic reporting. Authors strategic presentations, memos, and briefing documents for the CSO, C-Suite, and Board. Leads preparation of materials for strategic planning retreats and board-level performance reviews. Experience working in structured environments with multiple stakeholders. About the Role We are looking for a Balanced Scorecard Specialist to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization’s Balanced Scorecard and KPI framework.
