The Senior BIM Manager leads all Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy, implementation, and governance across a large-scale design-build construction project. This role ensures integrated digital workflows, high-quality BIM deliverables, and seamless collaboration among multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders). The Senior BIM Manager drives innovation, enforces standards, and delivers value through digital coordination, risk mitigation, and lifecycle data management. Review, audit, and approve BIM deliverables from consultants, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with LOD/LOIN, BEP, MIDP/TIDP, and information delivery workflows. Govern and oversee the effective operation of the Common Data Environment (CDE), including approvals, version control, security, and information traceability.
