Job Title: Retail Leasing Manager Location: Jeddah/Makkah KSA<br>We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing & Development Manager to join a leading real estate and destination development organization in Saudi Arabia. This is an end-to-end retail role responsible for progressing retail assets from leasing and development coordination through tenant handover, fit-out and successful opening. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial leasing expertise with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive tenant and asset readiness.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and execute retail leasing strategies and tenant-mix plans aligned with asset positioning and commercial objectives. Strong experience in Saudi Arabia and/or the GCC, with Saudi retail market experience preferred. Experience with shopping malls, premium retail, F&B, lifestyle destinations or mixed-use developments is strongly preferred.
