<li><strong>Support guest satisfaction:</strong> Respond to guest requests courteously, monitor service response times, and ensure all requests are resolved according to Hilton service standards.</li>
<li><strong>Manage room and service updates:</strong> Coordinate room status changes with front office and assign tasks to housekeeping team members through the hotel operating system.</li>
<li><strong>Ensure operational accuracy:</strong> Verify laundry charges, minibar postings, and housekeeping records are accurately updated and maintained.</li>

In this role, you will join a leading professional engineering, construction, and cost management team working on multiple projects.</p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Learn and Performs a variety of Civil Engineering duties by applying basic engineering techniques and analyses within one discipline.</li><li>Performs various engineering and Civil work assignments requiring the application of basic principles and fundamental theories studied in a Bachelors in engineering program.</li><li>Utilizes technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes and company policies.</li><li>Becomes familiar with various standards and codes.</li><li>Rotates on numbers of related matter in the project management.</li><li>Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Incumbent must be enrolled in an Engineering curriculum at an accredited college or university and have completed typically 0+ years of experience in Civil Engineering discipline.</p><p>English Language: Speaking and Writing is a must.</p><p>Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.</p>
