Leadership skills to supervise and develop operations teams, delegate tasks, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and make sound operational decisions under time pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Relevant experience in heavy equipment, rental services, logistics, or industrial operations; prior experience in the Gulf region is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
