This role involves liaising with government authorities, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely clearance, accurate documentation, and resolution of any issues that may arise during the process.</p><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Act as primary liaison with customs, traffic police, and other government agencies for vehicle clearance</li><li>Prepare, review, and submit all required import/export documentation and permits</li><li>Coordinate with logistics, operations, and legal teams to track clearance status and meet deadlines</li><li>Manage relationships with shipping agents, dealerships, and freight forwarders</li><li>Monitor regulatory changes and implement process adjustments to maintain compliance</li><li>Investigate and resolve clearance delays, discrepancies, or disputes</li><li>Maintain accurate records and generate regular clearance reports for management</li></ul><br><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in vehicle clearance, import/export operations, or a related field</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities</li><li>Knowledge of Saudi customs regulations, traffic rules, and clearance procedures</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline</li><li>Previous experience working in the Al Ahsa region</li><li>Familiarity with customs clearance software or electronic documentation systems</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Certification in logistics, customs brokerage, or supply chain management</li></ul><br> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
