<p>HSE Officer</p><p>Department / Plant: Plant</p><p>Reporting To: Plant (General) Manager / HSE Engineer / HSE Manager</p><p>Job Summary</p><p>This position is based out of City and is primarily a plant-based position providing support to manage and implement the HSE management system at the field level by working closely with power or water plant operations. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED are an advantage.</li><li>22–25 years of progressive experience in operations management, including 5–7 years in a senior leadership role within the construction and projects industry.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, process improvement, digital transformation, and enterprise systems implementation.</li><li>Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource management, quality control, operational risk management, and HSSE requirements.</li><li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Proficiency in construction/project management software, ERP systems, Lean, Six Sigma, and change management practices.</li><li>Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic execution capabilities.</li><li>Experience delivering operational transformation and large-scale construction projects.</li></ul></li>
