<p>تبحث شركة ريتش لاين للتسويق الرقمي عن مصمم/ة UI/UX للانضمام إلى فريقنا بنظام دوام جزئي عن بُعد.</p><p>سيكون المصمم مسؤولًا عن تصميم وتطوير واجهات وتجارب استخدام احترافية للمتاجر الإلكترونية والمواقع، خصوصًا مشاريع زد وسلة وWordPress، وتحويل متطلبات العملاء والمراجع التصميمية إلى واجهات جذابة وسهلة الاستخدام تساعد على تحسين تجربة العميل وزيادة معدل التحويل والمبيعات.</p><p><strong>المهام والمسؤوليات:المهام والمسؤوليات:</strong></p><ul><li><p>دراسة نشاط العميل والجمهور المستهدف قبل البدء بالتصميم.</p></li><li><p>إعداد User Flows وWireframes وInteractive Prototypes.</p></li><li><p>تصميم صفحات المتاجر الإلكترونية، مثل الصفحة الرئيسية وصفحات الأقسام والمنتجات والسلة وصفحات الهبوط.</p></li><li><p>تصميم واجهات متجاوبة مع الجوال والكمبيوتر مع الاهتمام بتجربة Mobile First.</p></li><li><p>مراجعة المتاجر الحالية واكتشاف مشكلات UI/UX واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.</p></li><li><p>إنشاء Design Systems ومكونات قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام.</p></li><li><p>تجهيز ملفات التصميم وتسليمها للمبرمج بصورة منظمة وواضحة.</p></li><li><p>التعاون مع الأكونت مانجر وفريق البرمجة لتنفيذ متطلبات العملاء.</p></li><li><p>تنفيذ التعديلات المطلوبة والالتزام بالمواعيد المحددة على ClickUp.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال UI/UX Design.</p></li><li><p>وجود Portfolio قوي وحديث شرط أساسي للتقديم.</p></li><li><p>خبرة مثبتة في تصميم المتاجر الإلكترونية وصفحات الهبوط.</p></li><li><p>إتقان Figma بصورة احترافية.</p></li><li><p>فهم قوي لمبادئ تجربة المستخدم، ومسارات المستخدم، والتسلسل البصري.</p></li><li><p>القدرة على تصميم واجهات عربية RTL متجاوبة مع جميع أحجام الشاشات.</p></li><li><p>معرفة بأساسيات تحسين معدل التحويل CRO في المتاجر الإلكترونية.</p></li><li><p>فهم جيد لسلوك المستخدم والسوق السعودي.</p></li><li><p>الخبرة في مشاريع زد أو سلة أو WordPress</p></li><li><p>القدرة على تجهيز وتسليم التصاميم للمبرمجين بصورة منظمة.</p></li><li><p>الالتزام بساعات عمل ثابتة بنظام دوام جزئي عن بُعد، 6 أيام أسبوعيًا.</p></li><li><p>مهارات جيدة في التواصل، وإدارة الوقت، واستقبال الملاحظات وتنفيذها.</p></li><li><p>الاستعداد لتنفيذ مهمة تصميم قصيرة ضمن مراحل التقييم.</p></li></ul><p></p>
