Perform system configurations, setups, and master data maintenance. Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, and end-user training activities. Troubleshoot system issues, manage incidents, and support users. Assist in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design. Support testing of integrations, reports, and system enhancements. Coordinate with Oracle Support to track and resolve Service Requests (SRs).
