نبذة عن الوظيفة:أخصائي عروض ومناقصات تقنية يتمتع بخبرة في قطاع تقنية المعلومات للانضمام إلى فريق العمل في مدينة الرياض. سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن كتابة وتجهيز وثائق طلبات تقديم العروض (RFP)، وإعداد وتطوير العروض الفنية والمالية وعروض الأسعار، وإدارة عمليات الاستجابة لطلبات RFP وRFQ وRFI.المهام والمسؤوليات:كتابة وإعداد وتجهيز وثائق طلبات تقديم العروض (RFP)، بما يشمل نطاق العمل، والمتطلبات والمواصفات الفنية، والمخرجات، وشروط التنفيذ، ومعايير التقييمقراءة وتحليل وثائق المنافسات وطلبات RFP وRFQ وRFI، واستخراج المتطلبات الفنية والمالية والإدارية.إعداد وصياغة العروض الفنية بصورة واضحة واحترافية، بما يشمل فهم المتطلبات، والمنهجية، والحل الفني، وخطة التنفيذ، والمخرجات، والجدول الزمني.إعداد العروض المالية وعروض الأسعار بالتنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية،إدارة دورة إعداد العروض والمناقصات من استلام الطلب وحتى التقديم النهائي، وضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد المحددة.إعداد مصفوفة الالتزام بمتطلبات المنافسة (Compliance Matrix)، ومتابعة استيفاء جميع الاشتراطات والوثائق المطلوبة.إعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ) والوثائق الفنية والتجارية وفقًا لمتطلبات العميل.التنسيق مع جميع الفرق لجمع المدخلات اللازمة وإعداد العرض.تطوير وتحديث المحتوى الفني المتعلق بحلول ومنتجات وخدمات تقنية المعلومات.مراجعة العروض قبل تقديمها للتأكد من اكتمالها ودقتها واتساقها ومطابقتها لمتطلبات العميل.رفع العروض والمستندات ومتابعة المنافسات عبر منصة اعتماد وغيرها من المنصات الإلكترونية.إدارة الاستفسارات الفنية والتجارية بعد تقديم العروض، وإعداد الردود والتوضيحات المطلوبة.تنظيم وتحديث مكتبة العروض والقوالب والمستندات المرجعية وقاعدة المعرفة الداخلية.المحافظة على سرية الأسعار والبيانات والمعلومات الخاصة بالشركة والعملاء.متطلبات الوظيفة:مدينة الرياض أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها.درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، أو هندسة الحاسب، أو علوم الحاسب، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو تخصص ذي صلة.خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في كتابة العروض الفنية والمالية وإعداد المناقصات، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع تقنية المعلومات.خبرة مثبتة في كتابة وتجهيز وثائق RFP وإعداد الردود على RFP وRFQ وRFI.معرفة جيدة بمنصة اعتماد وإجراءات المنافسات الحكومية.مهارات متميزة في الكتابة والصياغة المهنية باللغة العربية، مع إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية.إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office، خصوصًا Word وExcel وPower Point.فهم جيد لحلول وخدمات تقنية المعلومات، والقدرة على استيعاب المتطلبات الفنية وتحويلها إلى عروض واضحة ومقنعة.معرفة بأساسيات التسعير، وإعداد عروض الأسعار، وحساب التكاليف وهوامش الربح.قدرات تحليلية وتنظيمية قوية، ودقة عالية في مراجعة البيانات والوثائق.مهارات متقدمة في إدارة الوقت والأولويات والعمل تحت ضغط المواعيد النهائية.القدرة على إدارة عدة عروض ومنافسات في الوقت نفسه.مهارات تواصل وتنسيق فعالة، والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.القدرة على الابتكار وتقديم محتوى احترافي ومقنع يعزز فرص الفوز بالمنافسات.
