</ul> <h3 >Essential Qualifications and Experience</h3>
<p >Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and meet the following essential criteria:</p>

<li >A recognised qualification at NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline, a technical apprenticeship, or an equivalent technical qualification acceptable to M&CA.</li>
<li >Demonstrated experience in aircraft maintenance and engineering.</li>
<li >Substantial post-qualification practical maintenance experience within an operational flying aircraft environment, supported by formal recorded workplace applied related training; <strong >OR</strong> on the same aircraft type; <strong >OR</strong> successful completion of a BAESSA apprenticeship programme (SNTTP/TSNTTP).</li>
<li >Completion of PC21 Aircraft Systems Training courses or similar appropriate to specialties.</li>
<li >Sound oral and written two-way communication skills, with the ability to be tactful, discreet, and confident when interacting with individuals at all levels.</li>
<li >Ability to work effectively in a mixed expatriate and Saudi National workforce.</li>
<li >Understanding and application of human factors, error management, health & safety, and proactive hazard analysis, appropriate to the role.</li>
<li >The successful candidate, whether Saudi or Expatriate, must obtain Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership at the appropriate level prior to commencing employment in KSA and maintain it throughout their employment in this role.</li>
