Senior Multi-Technician – FM Requirements Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of relevant FM experience, preferably in commercial, residential, hospitality, or large facilities. Strong hands-on experience in MEP maintenance. Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance systems. Ability to troubleshoot and rectify technical faults independently. Experience in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PPM/CM). Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, manuals, and technical documents.
