STRUCTURAL integrates technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services to repair, protect, strengthen and enhance the existing infrastructure, directly with owners, and in partnership with engineering companies and other contractors.<br>STRUCTURAL offers a wide range of specialty repair and maintenance services and is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States and the GCC, with roughly 4,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets.<br>STRUCTURAL KSA office is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to develop new and strengthen existing client relationships throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). <br>As a Business Development Manager, you will be accountable for bringing the specialty capabilities of STRUCTURAL to the Industrial market. Construction projects within the Industrial market include but are not limited to structural strengthening, structural concrete repair, waterproofing, soil stabilization and strengthening and corrosion control. You will collaborate with our Technologies, Engineering and Operations teams to develop solutions that tackle the toughest construction challenges and meet the needs of our valued customers.<br>The successful candidate will also be responsible for:<br>Supporting STRUCTURAL by performing sales functions on high-value projects in the Industrial market segments to include oil & gas, refining, manufacturing, power, ports, and water/wastewater. Manages sales process on projects with complexity, generally from SAR 100,000 up to SAR 50,000,000 and supports pre-construction team on any size project Foster existing client relationships and develop new relationships to meet financial goals. After receiving appropriate training, give presentations to potential clients on our Infrastructure Maintenance solutions and work with Construction divisions and Technologies to follow up on feedback and inquiries that arise from presentations. Actively participate in industry events and present at tradeshows as appropriate. Participate in web-based meetings, in-person meetings, emails, and phone calls with Company’s current, assigned and potential clients as needed. Follow up, pursue, and communicate information on project and client leads provided by the Inside Sales team. Assist with drafting proposals for Industrial Infrastructure Maintenance projects and necessary revisions. Assist with assembly of bid packages for Strengthening projects as necessary or requested. Attend jobsite walks and pre-bid meetings as needed. Participate in project review calls and maintain up to date CRM database powered by Salesforce for Industrial projects. Update the existing company contact databases with new contacts obtained from presentations, meetings, conferences, etc. Work with the Structural Group’s marketing resources to help develop this database and reach out to key targets.<br>Successful candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this exciting opportunity:<br>Candidates who possess a bachelor’s degree may be given preference7+ sales experience desired, building relationships, and expanding a client base in the industrial market. Senior Manager – Treasury & Asset Liability Management (ALM) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Contract Duration: Initial 6-month assignment (high probability of extension) Compensation: SAR 40,000–45,000 per month<br>Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Treasury & Asset Liability Management (ALM) to join the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function in Riyadh. Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management, this position will operate as the second-in-command within the ERM team and play a critical role in strengthening the bank's second line of defence (2LOD) oversight capabilities. The successful candidate will provide independent challenge and effective oversight across Treasury, Liquidity Risk, Funding, Balance Sheet Management, and ALM activities. The role requires an individual capable of constructively challenging senior stakeholders, validating methodologies and assumptions, and ensuring the integrity of risk management processes, models, reporting, and data. This is not a Treasury execution role. Rather, it is a risk oversight and control position focused on reviewing, challenging, and validating the work produced by the first line teams.<br>Key Responsibilities Act as a senior member of the Enterprise Risk Management function, serving as the deputy to the Head of ERM. Provide independent second-line oversight of Treasury, Funding, Liquidity Risk, Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB), and Asset Liability Management activities. Review and challenge Treasury and ALM strategies, assumptions, methodologies, and reporting outputs. Identify weaknesses in controls, processes, models, governance, and data quality, recommending appropriate remedial actions. Act as a liaison between the Head of ERM and Treasury, Finance, ALM, Liquidity, and Operations teams. Support governance forums including ALCO and other risk management committees. Review stress testing, scenario analysis, liquidity monitoring, and balance sheet risk frameworks. Contribute to ICAAP, risk appetite monitoring, regulatory reporting reviews, and capital adequacy assessments where required. Support the enhancement of the risk management framework and strengthen the overall control environment.<br>Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will combine strong Treasury and ALM technical expertise with a risk management and governance mindset. Role purpose The IT Manager owns the day-to-day reliability, security, and performance of the company's IT operations and infrastructure, while also acting as a proactive, accountable partner in the planning and delivery of digital and technology projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong operational discipline with genuine initiative — someone who identifies risks and raises them early, drives decisions forward without waiting to be asked, and takes full ownership of outcomes rather than tasks. This role is deliberately built around a high bar for ownership and initiative. Candidates who wait for direction, escalate late, or default to indirect answers are not a fit for this position, regardless of technical depth. Key responsibilities — IT Operations & Infrastructure Own the availability, performance, and security of all IT infrastructure, systems, and networks across the company's locations. Lead and develop IT operations and support team; set clear standards for service quality and response times. Manage vendor and service-provider relationships (connectivity, hosting, licensing, hardware) and hold them accountable to SLAs. Own IT security posture, backup and disaster-recovery readiness, and incident response. Manage the IT operations budget and recommend infrastructure investments with clear business justification. Proactively flag operational risks (capacity, security, technical debt) before they become incidents — without being prompted. Key responsibilities — Project & Delivery support Act as the operational and technical anchor for digital transformation projects (e.g. CRM/Salesforce, system integrations, new platform rollouts), working alongside the Digital Transformation & IT Director and any assigned project managers or external consultants. Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks for initiatives that touch IT systems; surface delays or blockers immediately, with a recommended path forward — not just a status update. Coordinate internal IT resources and third-party vendors to keep project workstreams on schedule. Maintain clear, proactive reporting on project status to the Director — issues should reach the Director from this role before they reach the Director from elsewhere. Required qualifications & experience10+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing an IT team.
