The Senior Real Estate Specialist will support the Retail Real Estate team in driving offline retail expansion across the KSA. The role will focus on identifying and scouting new retail locations, mainly within shopping malls, evaluating proposed units, supporting landlord engagement, preparing brand presentations, and assisting with initial commercial negotiations. The role also requires strong coordination and administrative follow-up to ensure all real estate tracking sheets, pipeline reports, and project updates are accurately maintained.<br>Key Responsibilities1-Site Acquisition & Market Scouting Scout and identify potential retail locations in malls, high-street destinations, and other relevant retail environments in KSA. Prepare comparison summaries and recommendation notes for shortlisted locations. Coordinate with internal teams to assess operational, design, MEP, and fit-out requirements for each proposed unit. Support the Head of Real Estate – GCC in preparing feasibility inputs and location assessment reports.<br>3-Presentations & Landlord Communication Prepare professional brand presentations and leasing pitch decks for mall management and landlords. Initiate communication with landlords and mall leasing teams to introduce the brand and explore potential opportunities. Support in presenting the brand concept, expansion plan, and preferred location requirements. Maintain professional correspondence and follow-up with external stakeholders.<br>4-Initial Negotiations & Lease Coordination Assist in the early stages of commercial discussions, including rent proposals, lease terms, fit-out periods, grace periods, service charges, and other key commercial points. Prepare counteroffer summaries and support negotiation documentation. Coordinate with internal legal, finance, operations, and management teams during the lease review and approval process. Track pending offers, lease drafts, comments, approvals, and required documentation.<br>5-Reporting & Administration Maintain and regularly update real estate pipeline trackers, mall contact lists, lease status sheets, location evaluation files, and deal progress reports. Ensure all documents, presentations, offers, proposals, and lease-related files are organized and accessible. Prepare weekly updates and progress reports for the Head of Real Estate – GCC. Support with meeting scheduling, follow-ups, internal approvals, and department administration as required.<br>Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.5+ Years of experience in retail real estate, mall leasing, site acquisition, retail expansion, business development, or leasing coordination is preferred. Role Summary The Sys Ops Intern - Tamheer will support the Systems Operations team in daily IT operations, user support, asset management, system administration activities, and operational documentation. Key Responsibilities Support daily Sys Ops operational activities and assigned IT tickets through the approved Service Desk process.
