<li>Resolve receiving discrepancies: investigate and report shortages, damages, or incorrect deliveries, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for resolution.</li>
<li>Prepare receiving documentation: issue and maintain receiving reports and supporting documents to ensure accurate inventory and financial records.</li>
<li>Review daily deliveries: audit daily receiving transactions to ensure compliance with company policies, purchasing agreements, and documentation requirements.</li>
<li>Support inventory accuracy: assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by ensuring all received goods are properly recorded and transferred to the appropriate storage locations.</li>

<li><strong>Coordinate housekeeping operations:</strong> Communicate with room attendants, housekeeping supervisors, and other departments to ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready on time.</li>
<li><strong>Maintain accurate records:</strong> Update the property management system with correct room statuses, guest requests, service orders, lost and found records, and operational reports.</li>
<li><strong>Support guest satisfaction:</strong> Respond to guest requests courteously, monitor service response times, and ensure all requests are resolved according to Hilton service standards.</li>
