<p>Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones.</p>
<p>The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. <h4>About the role:</h4>
<p>As a Front Office Supervisor at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service. You will oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk, support and guide Receptionists, and ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, smooth check-in/out process, and personalized attention throughout their stay. Your leadership will be key in maintaining Four Seasons' service standards and creating memorable guest experiences.</p>

BIM Model Development Develop detailed BIM models based on project requirements, ensuring they are accurate and meet design specifications. Follow established BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to maintain consistency and quality across all project models. Collaboration and Coordination Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM across all disciplines and resolve any design conflicts. Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration among project teams, serving as a liaison for BIM-related inquiries. Quality Assurance Regularly audit BIM models and documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards, identifying any discrepancies. Implement quality control processes and assist in corrective actions when issues are identified in BIM documentation. Technical Support and Training Offer technical support to team members on BIM software and processes, ensuring everyone is equipped to utilize BIM effectively. Attend training and professional development sessions to stay current on the latest BIM technologies and tools, applying improvements as needed. Data Management Organize and maintain BIM data and documentation, ensuring that it is accessible and up-to-date for all project stakeholders. Prepare and contribute to reports on BIM performance and project status, providing insights to support decision-making.<br>The Architectural BIM Coordinator will support both the Architecture and BIM teams by combining strong architectural BIM expertise with multidisciplinary BIM coordination. The role requires experience in architectural modeling, documentation, and design development while supporting model federation, clash detection and resolution, model QA/QC, compliance with BIM standards, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
