Identify friction points proactively and design solutions that improve usability, adoption, engagement, and task completion. Balance team leadership and individual design execution as equally important parts of the role.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>6+ years of professional UX/UI or product design experience, ideally within B2B Saa S environments. At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a design team in a fast-paced, small-team, or high-growth environment. Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, with experience in complex workflows, enterprise tools, multi-sided platforms, or similarly sophisticated products preferred. Experience designing for multiple user types with different goals, workflows, and mental models. This is a non operational position focused on project and design management, technical assurance, and contractor oversight on behalf of the client, ensuring that all MEP systems for stations (and associated ancillary buildings) are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with the employer s requirements, codes, and standards.
