Works with property leadership team to identify and address employee and organizational development needs. The position is responsible for ensuring effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results. Training programs focus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge, company philosophy, and customer service and leadership skills. Conducts needs assessments, designs and develops training programs and facilitates the delivery of both custom and corporate training programs. Distribute tactical responsibilities effectively to potential leaders in the Division, to improve the succession readiness of the organization over time. The Senior BIM Manager leads all Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy, implementation, and governance across a large-scale design-build construction project. Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is highly preferred.15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably including experience in agriculture, crop production Experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, or equivalent position. Strong experience in budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, auditing, cash flow, and financial analysis. Experience with inventory and production costing is highly desirable. Experience in agricultural accounting or the dates/food industry would be a strong advantage. Good knowledge of Saudi accounting, tax, VAT, ZATCA, and regulatory requirements. Strong ERP/accounting system experience; familiarity with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is preferred. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and management skills
