<p>Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented a Project Engineer to be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role combines engineering expertise with project management skills, overseeing the full project lifecycle from design and implementation to testing and handover. In the GCC, we have held significant roles on King Khalid, King Fahad, Dubai, Hamad, and Muscat international airports. Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company has been appointed to provide project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial, and construction management) for the development of a state of the art international airport in the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. King Salman International Airport will have a capacity of up to 120 million travellers by 2030 and 185 million travellers by 2050, and the capacity to process up to 3.5 million tons of cargo by 2050. Job Summary:
This position is for a Document Controller supporting the KSIA Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Project Document Manager, the role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and plays a key part in maintaining effective document management practices across the project. The Document Controller is responsible for coordinating document workflows, ensuring compliance with established governance procedures, enhancing data accuracy, and supporting the overall document and records management process. This position requires a strong understanding of document control systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely and accurate documentation flow.
Major Responsibilities:
- Serves as a member of the document management team to support Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS) such as Aconex and Unifier, and other associated tools
- Assists in determining requirements/expectations for integration, and with preparing a plan to provide ongoing support
- Utilizes standard Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS), archival/retention management systems, and/or SaaS applications to register, control, distribute, transmit and archive project records?
- Design, implement, and refine document control processes and workflows across project
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 19650)
- Monitors and reviews data entry accuracy for self and support staff
