Coordinate closely with the Financial Analyst and provide internal support across management to guarantee absolute data accuracy and a seamless flow of financial and operational information. Continuously monitor and analyze regulatory updates from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) concerning real estate funds, proactively briefing the Fund Manager on relevant impacts. Assist and support screening, filtering, and pre-qualification processes for prospective new fund projects, including Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and Expressions of Interest (EOI). Technical Skills Required:Comprehensive understanding of real estate fund structures and the governing rules and regulations of the Capital Market Authority (CMA). Advanced, flawless professional writing and reporting skills in both English and Arabic. Solid foundational knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow dynamics, and key investment metrics (including IRR and ROI). Complete proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point for advanced analysis, data synthesis, and executive presentations. Proven ability to analyze, summarize, and interpret complex legal contracts and agreements, with meticulous tracking of embedded obligations. Solid familiarity with the Saudi capital markets ecosystem and its primary institutional stakeholders (e.g., capital investment companies, custodians, real estate developers). Prior hands-on experience dealing with entities regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) is highly preferred. Holding a CME (e.g., CME-1), CFA, or equivalent professional financial designation is considered a significant asset.
