We're looking for a Head Teacher for the National track Math &amp; Phys — someone with a decade or more of actual teaching behind them, who has coached other teachers, and who wants their judgement to reach thousands of students a day instead of thirty. This is an academic role, not a management one. You won't run a department's admin or manage headcount. You'll decide what the curriculum should emphasize, hold the quality bar on how it's built, coach the teachers delivering it, and stay in the classroom yourself often enough to know whether any of it is actually working. Coaching delivery teachers 30% Coaching the teachers who actually present sessions to students — how to deliver the content, hold a hybrid room, and keep students engaged through a screen.
