Main responsibilities and duties

• Deliver high-quality lessons according to the approved curriculum and adapt methods to suit the diverse needs of learners.
• Prepare clear lesson plans and continuously assess students using appropriate assessment evidence.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance academic performance.
• Manage classroom behavior and promote a safe and inclusive learning environment as required by the applicable educational system.
• Collaborate with colleagues, provide academic guidance, and coordinate efforts with school administration and parents when needed.
• Participate in school community activities and extracurricular programs that support the holistic development of students.

Qualifications and requirements

• A university degree in a related field, preferably in Education or the subject-related academic field.
• 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in a school or similar educational setting in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with school policies, safety procedures, and modern educational technologies.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic, and preferably English proficiency at a level that helps in understanding instructional materials and academic documents.

• Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools and virtual classroom applications, if available.
