Responsibilities<br><br>Lead the creative urban realm and landscape definition of hospitality environments from development brief to approved design direction, curating distinctive, emotive and commercially viable arrival experiences and external spaces aligned with Qiddiya, district and Operator visions Articulate and position urban realm and landscape proposals through compelling narratives, visuals and presentations to secure alignment and timely outcomes across governance stages Define urban realm and landscape principles, narratives, planting strategies, material palettes and signature elements for each hotel tier, establishing consistent and distinctive design baselines across the portfolio Oversee consultant briefing and scope definition, validating design scope and Lead the organization's Vulnerability Management program and strategy. Oversee vulnerability scanning, assessment, prioritization, and remediation activities. We are seeking a commercially driven, operational Chief Financial Officer to lead the full finance agenda for a large-scale food manufacturing and distribution business in Saudi Arabia. This is not a traditional reporting-led CFO role. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, bringing the commercial judgement and operational depth required to improve profitable growth, manufacturing performance, working capital and cash generation.
