Role Description This full-time Test Drives Coordinator role is an on-site position based in Riyadh. The Test Drives Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing test drive activities to ensure a smooth and safe experience for participants. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling test drives, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, preparing vehicles and documentation, and ensuring all test drive procedures and quality standards are followed. The role involves monitoring test drive performance, collecting feedback, maintaining accurate records, and reporting on key metrics to support continuous improvement. The coordinator also supports customer communication, addresses inquiries, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations.<br>Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and supervise a team of test drivers to carry out 2 to 3 test drive shifts per day, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to the test schedule. Collect, review, and consolidate feedback from test drivers following each shift. Ensure complete, accurate, and timely documentation of all test drive results, observations, and incidents in the designated reporting/tracking systems. Prepare and submit weekly status reports summarizing test progress, mileage/shift completion, open issues, and key findings to project stakeholders. Act as the central point of contact for customer project managers and function owners regarding test drive execution, status updates, and issue resolution. Monitor driver compliance with safety regulations, test protocols, confidentiality requirements, and vehicle handling guidelines. Coordinate shift scheduling, vehicle allocation, and route/track planning together with logistics and fleet management. Support the onboarding, briefing, and training of new test drivers on test procedures, documentation tools, and safety standards. Escalate technical issues, vehicle malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly to the relevant engineering or management contacts. Maintain vehicle logbooks and ensure prototype/test vehicles are handled in line with confidentiality and camouflage requirements. Support continuous improvement of test drive processes, tools, and documentation quality. <br>Requirements:Saudi national (Preferred) Valid Saudi driving license; prior experience in automotive testing, proving ground operations, or fleet coordination is an advantage. Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written, with the ability to prepare professional reports in both languages. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple drivers and shifts simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise confidently with customer representatives and internal function owners. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point); familiarity with test data or reporting tools is a plus. Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy and documentation quality. Willingness to work flexible/shift schedules, including early morning, evening, or extreme-heat testing conditions typical of proving ground environments in Saudi Arabia. <span>JOB PURPOSE: Own Gathern’s strategic planning and performance cycle end to end including the North Star driver model, the OKR and initiative portfolio planning, and the executive and board reporting built on top of them, so that leadership decisions are made on numbers that are current, reconciled and traceable to a driver.<br> KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Strategic planning and analysis Maintain the planning and analysis for the main including revenue, reservations, ARPR, SCR, ADR, LOS and take rate.<br> Keeping targets, actuals and variances reconciled every month.<br> Run diagnostic analysis that attributes revenue and reservation gaps to primary and supporting drivers, and convert the attribution into named actions with owners and dates.<br> Build and maintain scenario and sensitivity models for pricing, segmentation and destination planning.<br> Support the annual and quarterly planning cycle, including target setting and the monthly ramp.<br> Performance management Own the OKR planning: objectives, key results, initiative cards, scoring and milestone tracking.<br> Run the monthly performance cycle and data cut-off, variance review, commentary drafting and publication to a fixed calendar.<br> Ensure all the commitments and initiative are translated into the required performance outcome.<br> Maintain the metric definitions library and enforce definition consistency across every published report.<br> Executive and board reporting Produce the monthly executive report, the quarterly one-pager and board materials to a consistent standard: action titles, three to four lines of commentary, and internally consistent metrics.<br> Prepare pre-reads and decision papers for the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.<br> Act as the quality gate on numbers leaving the department.<br> No figure is published that cannot be traced to a source and a definition.<br> Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, finance or a related quantitative discipline.<br> 5+ years of experience, including strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategy or business-operations function inside a marketplace, e-commerce or travel platform.<br> Demonstrable executive and board reporting: action-titled decks, one-pagers and KPI trees.<br> Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, able to build and audit a multi-driver model end to end.<br> Analytical skills is a must.<br> Bilingual is preferred (Ar, En).<br> KSA or wider GCC market experience, particularly in travel, hospitality or short-term rental.<br> Exposure to OKR frameworks and planning practices.<br> Experience in pricing, revenue management or customer segmentation.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">

Job Responsibility:1、Manage daytime operations of the DC warehouse to ensure smooth workflow and handle on-site issues in a timely manner.2、Maintain records of all personnel and vehicles entering and leaving the DC warehouse during daytime, ensuring complete, accurate, and traceable information.3、Manage company-owned vehicles and in-house drivers, including vehicle dispatching, vehicle allocation, and daily driver coordination.4、Conduct regular inspections of company vehicles, identify issues promptly, and follow up on vehicle repair and maintenance.5、Coordinate with the KA team through daily communication and respond promptly to urgent operational issues during daytime operations.6、Monitor all inbound and outbound shipment activities during daytime, including customer pickups and shipments handed over to third-party logistics providers Job Requirement:1. Has relevant working experience in the logistics industry and is familiar with logistics operation processes. 2. Able to drive heavy vehicles; relevant driving qualifications are preferred. 3. Possesses basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge, with the ability to assist in handling basic vehicle issues. 4. Proficient in both English and Arabic, with strong bilingual communication and coordination skills.
