ABOUT THE JOB<br>We are seeking a qualified Structural Inspector to join our Project and Construction Management team for a major Roads and Infrastructure Program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position is part of our Infrastructure Division and plays a crucial role in ensuring that all structural works, (particularly related to bridges, culverts, retaining walls, tunnels, concrete structures, and ancillary civil works) are carried out in strict compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and international standards. As a Structural Inspector, you will supervise and inspect contractors’ work on site, verify compliance with approved structural drawings and specifications, and support the project team in delivering high‑quality construction supervision services.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMain descriptions of the job position:Conduct daily inspections of structural works including reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, foundations, retaining walls, culverts, tunnels, precast elements, formwork, shoring, rebar installation, and concreting activities. Ensure that all materials, workmanship, and construction activities comply with project specifications, approved structural drawings, ITPs, and relevant international standards. Monitor the contractor’s activities to ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures, method statements, and project safety requirements. Report non-conformances (NCRs), workmanship deficiencies, or potential site hazards to senior staff and follow up on corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of inspections, site observations, test results (slump tests, cube tests, load tests, etc.), and daily progress reports. Coordinate with testing laboratories and verify that required structural tests and inspections are performed and documented. Review and verify contractors’ Requests for Inspection (RFIs) and participate in approval processes. Support the Senior Structural Engineer in reviewing shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical proposals. Participate in monitoring structural integrity during critical operations such as concrete pouring, prestressing, post-tensioning, and erection of steel structures. Assist in verifying as‑built documentation and supporting the handover process of structural works. Coordinate closely with civil, geotechnical, utilities, and road inspectors to ensure integrated site operations.<br>ABOUT YOUDiploma or bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction supervision of structural works, preferably on roads, bridges, tunnels, or large‑scale infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of reinforced concrete and steel construction practices, structural detailing, and site quality control. Familiarity with KSA and international standards (MOMRA, MOT, ACI, ASTM, BS/EN, AASHTO, or equivalent). Experience working on PMCM programs or government infrastructure projects in KSA is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret detailed structural drawings, rebar schedules, specifications, and method statements. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality standards. Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are considered an asset. Primary objective:The Training and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the learning and development strategy across Misk Schools, ensuring that employees at all levels are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to perform effectively and grow within the organization. The role leads the full training cycle, from identifying development needs to designing, delivering, and evaluating high-impact learning programs.<br>Working closely with Human Resources leadership and department heads, the Training and Development Manager builds a culture of continuous learning that supports Misk Schools' strategic objectives, strengthens employee engagement and retention, and prepares talent for future leadership roles.<br>Areas of responsibility:Design and lead the annual Training and Development strategy and plan in alignment with Misk Schools' overall Human Capital strategy and objectives. Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments to identify skill gaps and development priorities. Design, develop, and deliver training programs and workshops covering technical, behavioral, and leadership competencies. Manage and continuously improve the new employee onboarding and induction program. Develop and oversee leadership and management development programs to build a strong internal talent pipeline. Select, manage, and evaluate external training providers, consultants, and vendors, ensuring quality and value for money. Job Purpose:<br>The Oracle OFSAA EPM Developer is responsible for the design, development, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Enterprise Performance Management solutions. The role supports Enterprise Data Foundation (EDF), Profitability Management, Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Asset Liability Management (ALM), Liquidity Risk Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Regulatory Reporting initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance, data accuracy, platform performance, and successful project delivery within banking environments.<br>Key Accountabilities:<br>Design, configure, and maintain Oracle OFSAA Enterprise Data Foundation (EDF) and analytical data models. Develop and maintain ETL processes, Data Load Rules, Table-to-Table (T2T) transformations, metadata configurations, and staging architectures. Configure and manage business dimensions, reference data, and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD). Develop Oracle SQL and PL/SQL components, stored procedures, packages, batch jobs, and shell scripts. Configure and implement OFSAA modules including Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Profitability Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Asset Liability Management (ALM), Liquidity Risk Management, and Regulatory Reporting. Configure transfer pricing methodologies, yield curves, behavioral models, liquidity premiums, and product mappings. Implement profitability allocation models including cost allocations, revenue allocations, customer profitability, product profitability, and branch profitability. Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, variance analysis, and financial planning processes. Configure liquidity and risk management calculations including LCR, NSFR, IRRBB, stress testing, cash flow projections, and liquidity buffers. Design and develop management, finance, treasury, profitability, risk, and regulatory reports. Integrate OFSAA with Core Banking, General Ledger, Treasury, CRM, Payment Systems, Oracle ODI, Data Warehouses, and other enterprise platforms. Support data quality validation, reconciliation controls, balancing controls, and regulatory compliance requirements. Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, production support, and hypercare activities. Prepare technical documentation, mapping specifications, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials. Support Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, estimations, testing, defect resolution, and release management.<br>Minimum Qualifications:<br>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. Oracle certifications in Database, SQL, or PL/SQL. Oracle Financial Services (OFSAA) certifications or training. Site Mechanical Engineer – Wet Utilities & Irrigation (Infrastructure)<br><br>Abniya Innovative Limited is looking for qualified professionals to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.<br><br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br><br> 1- Construction Execution & Supervision<br>Supervise daily execution of potable water networks (HDPE PN16 / u PVC), including trenching, bedding, laying, jointing, thrust blocks, valve chambers, fire hydrants, service connections and backfilling. Supervise storm drainage installation — GRP, u PVC and reinforced concrete pipework, catch basins, manholes, gully leads, connection details and outfall structures. Supervise sewerage/gravity drainage works and associated chambers. Supervise irrigation works — mainlines and sub-mains, solenoid valves, decoders and controllers, disc filtration units, irrigation tank and pump set, drip and bubbler distribution networks. <span>Job Description: The IT Security Engineer supports the implementation of security standards, monitoring activities, and basic compliance requirements to help protect IT systems, applications, and data.<br> This role is suitable for a fresh graduate who will learn and assist in security awareness, code scanning before deployments, vulnerability follow-up, and applying Saudi cybersecurity regulations under the guidance of senior IT team members.<br> Responsibilities: Security Governance & Compliance Support: Assist in implementing IT security standards and internal security policies.<br> Support compliance activities related to Saudi cybersecurity regulations and internal requirements.<br> Help maintain security documentation, checklists, and basic audit evidence.<br> Coordinate with senior team members to follow up on required security actions.<br> Threat & Vulnerability Management: Monitor security alerts and escalate suspicious activities to senior IT team members.<br> Assist in vulnerability scanning and follow up on remediation status.<br> Support patching and corrective actions by tracking findings and sharing updates.<br> Maintain security incident logs and coordinate with relevant teams for incident resolution.<br> Application & Infrastructure Security: Secure all application and infrastructure layers, including web, backend, APIs, databases, and client applications.<br> Perform basic code security scanning before deployments and report identified risks.<br> Implement access control, authentication, encryption, and secure configurations.<br> Collaborate with DevOps and Infra teams to ensure secure deployment of pipelines.<br> Knowledge Management & Training: Develop security guidelines, SOPs, and documentation.<br> Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness among internal users and technical teams.<br> Promote a security-conscious culture across the organization.<br> Collaboration & Technical Delivery: Work closely with Infra, DevOps, and Development teams for secure architecture and operations.<br> Review and approve security measures for new tools, applications, and integrations.<br> Advice on security requirements for new projects, features, or customer integrations.<br> Job Relations: Reports to: IT Infrastructure Lead / IT Manager.<br> Internal Relations: DevOps Engineer, Infra Engineer, QA, Development Teams, IT Support.<br> External Communications: Communicate with regulators and auditors to ensure compliance and provide reports.<br> Liaise with external vendors for security assessments, penetration tests, and certifications.<br> Escalate critical security risks to IT leadership and management.<br> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.<br> Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or IT.<br> Relevant cybersecurity certifications or training, such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, ISO 27001 Foundation, or equivalent certifications .<br> Basic understanding of security governance, risk management, and compliance concepts.<br> Knowledge of: Network and infrastructure security (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS).<br> Application security (Web, APIs, Mobile Applications).<br> Security monitoring and SIEM platforms.<br> Backup, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity concepts.<br> Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).<br> Security code scanning and vulnerability management.<br> Saudi cybersecurity regulations and frameworks (NCA ECC, PDPL, ISO 27001) awareness is preferred.<br> Competencies: Willingness to learn and develop technical security skills.<br> Risk-aware mindset with attention to detail.<br> Basic ability to understand security standards and translate them into daily operational tasks.<br> Collaboration and influence across technical and non-technical teams.<br> Proactive attitude toward security awareness, documentation, and continuous improvement.<br> Skills & Languages: Vulnerability management, penetration testing, and threat intelligence Security monitoring and SIEM tools Network security, firewalls, VPNs, encryption, IAM Application security best practices.<br> Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning Fluent in English (required).<br> Arabic proficiency (preferred).<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
