Advisory Board Member — Healthcare (Equity Role) One seat. The person who brings American agentic AI to Gulf healthcare. MK Labs (a spin-off of Augier.ai) · US applied-AI company Location: Remote · Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or wider GCC) Type: Part-time · Advisory (a few hours per month) Compensation: Success participation + advisory equity + first-look investment rights The moment The Gulf is making the largest AI bet on earth — and healthcare is where that bet gets personal for every leader in the region. The question is no longer whether agentic AI transforms healthcare operations here. It's who is standing at the door when it arrives — and who is remembered for opening it. About MK Labs MK Labs is a US applied-AI company, a spin-off of Augier.ai, focused on logistics and healthcare. The agentic AI that American enterprises are racing to deploy — autonomous agents making real operational decisions — we already run in production: not demos, not pilots, but systems working daily inside a global operation spanning 20+ countries, with a committed anchor customer and revenue from day one. Now we're bringing that capability to the Gulf — self-hosted, so the data never leaves the country. American AI, sovereign control. That combination is why the region's most ambitious organizations will move first. The Role One seat. Not a panel, not a committee — one advisor who becomes the person that connected Gulf healthcare to production-grade American agentic AI before anyone else did. This is a strategic, relationship-driven seat — not an operational role. The right person doesn't just advise a company; they put their name on a market's turning point. You will:Open doors: introduce us to decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise healthcare organizations exploring AI adoption Shape our healthcare go-to-market: help us understand where agentic AI lands first — claims, compliance, documentation, supply chain — and what buyers actually need Advise the founder directly: a few hours per month of calls, reviews, and introductions Lend credibility: be publicly associated with our healthcare expansion as we build visibility Who we're looking for10+ years in the healthcare industry — operations, technology, consulting, or commercial leadership An extensive, active network across mid-tier and enterprise healthcare businesses — and a track record of connecting people Familiarity with how healthcare organizations evaluate and buy technology (regulatory and compliance awareness a strong plus) Genuine interest in applied AI — you don't need to be technical, but you need to be curious Based in the Gulf, or deeply networked across Middle East healthcare — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the wider GCCWhat we offer This seat is structured the way Gulf business actually works — you're rewarded for what you originate, not for holding a title:Success participation: a success-based commercial arrangement on opportunities you originate — when a door you open becomes a closed deal, you share in it. Terms structured directly with the founder Advisory equity grant with delivery-based vesting (scope discussed directly with the founder) First-look investment right: if our healthcare expansion becomes a regional entity or a funded round, you invest early on insider terms Title and association: Advisory Board Member of a US applied-AI company with production systems and revenue — named in our materials, at our side at the region's key industry events Direct partnership with the founder — your input shapes real decisions, fast; no committees How to apply We keep this simple, and we take track records seriously. Email muntaz@augierai.com with:Your Linked In profile and a short note on your healthcare background Two or three examples of doors you've opened for a company — the organizations involved and what came of it (a meeting, a pilot, a partnership). Confidentiality is respected; titles and organization types are fine where names can't be shared Two references — people who know your work as an advisor or connector and would be glad to take our call From there: a direct conversation with the founder, and reference conversations for the final candidate. We structure every advisory relationship around contribution, with terms discussed openly and directly — advisors who open real doors do very well with us. We're appointing one advisor and will move quickly with the right person. MK Labs is an equal opportunity organization.
