<p>The Real Estate Development Planning Specialist supports the development planning function by assisting in the preparation, coordination, review, and monitoring of real estate development plans, area programs, feasibility inputs, phasing schedules, and project planning deliverables. Decontamination: Receives, sorts, and inspects used surgical instruments and medical equipment for decontamination. Manually cleans instruments using appropriate detergents and disinfectants. Preparation and Packaging: Assembles surgical instrument sets and medical equipment according to established protocols.
