<span>The Specialist – Operational Readiness supports the planning, coordination, and execution of operational readiness activities to ensure new assets, facilities, systems, or services are prepared for successful operations.<br> The role assists in tracking readiness plans, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and maintaining documentation to support a smooth transition from project delivery to operations.<br> Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of Operational Readiness plans, schedules, and trackers.<br> Coordinate with internal stakeholders to monitor readiness activities and collect status updates.<br> Track readiness milestones, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns where required.<br> Assist in the preparation of readiness reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.<br> Support the development and review of operational procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.<br> Coordinate readiness workshops, meetings, and site inspections, documenting actions and follow-ups.<br> Support testing activities, including operational trials, simulations, and readiness assessments.<br> Maintain accurate documentation, including readiness evidence and project records.<br> Assist in ensuring operational documentation is complete before handover.<br> Work closely with project teams and operational departments to support a seamless transition to business-as-usual operations.<br> Identify opportunities to improve readiness processes and reporting.<br> Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.<br> 2-3 years of relevant experience in Operational Readiness, Project Management, Operations, Consulting, or a related field.<br> Basic understanding of project lifecycle and operational handover processes.<br> Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
