Job Title Maintenance MEP Technician.<br>Job Purpose The Maintenance MEP Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the organization's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within the facilities. Job Purpose<br>We are seeking a Technical Presales Engineer to design and position scalable Digital Experience Platform (DXP) solutions that support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for developing solution architectures, technical proposals, demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and reusable presales assets that strengthen client engagements and improve win rates.<br>Key Accountabilities<br>Solution Architecture and Technical Design<br>Develop high-level solution architectures, technical blueprints, integration views, and deployment designs. Translate business and functional requirements into feasible and scalable technical solutions. Assess solution feasibility, platform capabilities, integration requirements, and delivery feasibility. Communicate complex technical concepts through clear, client-focused presentations and solution narratives.<br>Technical Presales and Proposal Support<br>Provide technical input for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and Statements of Work. Define solution scope, assumptions, dependencies, technical risks, and implementation considerations. Support effort estimation, solution sizing, and indicative cost modeling. Contribute to the quality, consistency, and accuracy of technical proposal content.<br>Demonstrations and Technical Assets<br>Develop technical demonstrations and proofs of concept to support solution validation. Maintain demonstration environments and reusable presales assets. Build and enhance architecture patterns, diagrams, solution templates, technical content, and use cases. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the presales knowledge base and solution library.<br>DXP Solutioning and Platform Positioning<br>Support the design and positioning of DXP, CMS, portal, and customer experience solutions. Translate customer experience requirements into suitable solution components, including content management, personalization, search, analytics, multilingual capabilities, accessibility, and omnichannel delivery. Recommend suitable deployment models, including Saa S, hosted, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Support modernization initiatives such as platform migration, upgrades, portal transformation, composable architecture, and headless solutions.<br>Stakeholder Collaboration<br>Collaborate with sales, presales, architecture, design, delivery, and technology partner teams throughout the presales process. Participate in discovery sessions, client workshops, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.<br>Minimum Qualifications<br>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.<br>Minimum Experience<br>+5 years of experience in Technical Presales, Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Implementation Consulting. Experience delivering enterprise DXP, CMS, portal, web platform, or customer experience solutions. Experience working with at least one DXP or CMS platform, such as Sitecore, Optimizely, Progress Sitefinity, Liferay, or a comparable platform. Participate in overseas exhibitions, online promotions, customer visits and other marketing activities to complete product overseas promotion. Responsible for service support for export products of domestic OEMs, overseas KD assembly plants or engineering projects of Chinese-funded institutions. Responsible for synchronizing overseas customer needs, product feedback, and market dynamics to R&D, production, technology and other departments, and collaboratively solving customer needs, business and other issues. Fluent in English, capable of independent business negotiations, written emails, and exhibition presentations; able to connect with overseas customers without any barriers; mastering Arabic, Chinese, Persian, etc. is preferred. Priority will be given to those with experience in overseas market development in the Middle East and dealer development and maintenance is an advantage. Be familiar with the overseas sales model of construction machinery/engine products, KD projects, and overseas engineering business models.<br>Management experience<br>Experience in overall management of customer channels; experience in collaborative management of project business teams is preferred. Can independently coordinate regional market work, coordinate dealer and customer resources, and have cross-departmental collaborative management capabilities. Overseas working experience is preferred. Proficient in using Office suites (PPT, Excel, Word). Able to independently produce marketing plans and sales reports.
