Company Overview Sapphire is a joint venture based in the Special Integrated Logistics Zone (SILZ) in Riyadh, focused on manufacturing advanced industrial robots and supporting the next generation of automation and smart manufacturing in the Kingdom.<br>Role Summary The Information Technology (IT) Senior Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining the full spectrum of IT infrastructure, services, and systems at Sapphire. This includes establishing core IT functions during the company’s transition from construction to operations, managing vendors and licenses, leading ERP and system deployment, ensuring site connectivity, and supporting business productivity through efficient IT operations. The role demands a strategic leader with technical acumen and project management capability to support the needs of a high-tech manufacturing environment.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>IT Infrastructure & Operations Plan, order, and install IT hardware and software including laptops, accessories, projectors, and conferencing tools. Manage Microsoft Office license deployment and renewal across all company employees. Oversee network infrastructure, internet service provisioning, and connectivity for the site in coordination with SILZ and telecom providers. Support and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, and IT security controls systems.<br>ERP & Systems Integration Lead the end-to-end deployment of the company’s ERP system, ensuring integration across finance, HR, procurement, production, and maintenance. المهام والمسئوليات التفصيلية:1. القيام بدراسة احتياجات العميل وإجراءات العمل وإعداد وثيقة تحـليـل الفجوات Analysis Gap مع وضع الفروقات الموجودة ما بين الأنظمة المراد توريدها وطريقة العمل الفعلية الموجودة لدى العميل.2. التأكد من جاهزية البنية التحتية اللازمة لتركيب الأنظمة لدى العميل مع تحديد المتطلبات والاحتياجات المطلوبة حال عدم توفرها سواءً لبيئة الفحص أو لبيئة الإنتاج.3. التأكد من جاهزية المتطلبات الفنية من البرامج التشغيلية اللازمة لتشغيل الأنظمة المراد توريدها.4. تركيب وتوريد الأنظمة لأول مرة على بيئة الفحص وبيئة الإنتاج لدى العميل وذلك بعد الانتهاء من جاهزية البنية التحتية والمتطلبات الفنية المطلوبة لعمل الأنظمة.5. القيام بتجهيز وتنفيذ خطط تدريب المستخدمين بأنواعهم على إجراءات ومزايا وآليات عمل الأنظمة المطلوبة لدى العميل وفقاً لخطة المشروع المعتمدة.6. القيام بتجهيز وتنفيذ خطط الإشراف على تطبيق الأنظمة لدى العميل وفقاً لأفضل الممارسات ووفقاً لخطة المشروع المعتمدة.7. الإشراف على إدخال البيانات الأساسية والإعدادات العامة للأنظمة والرموز الأساسية الى حين استلامها من قبل مدير النظام لدى العميل.8. الاشراف على مرحلة اختبار قبول النظام User Acceptance Test.9. توجيه مستخدمي النظام ومتابعتهم خطوة بخطوة للتأكد من سير العمل على النظام بشكل سليم.10. التواصل المباشر مع المستخدمين ومتابعة المشاكل والملاحظات التي تظهر معهم حسب دورة العمل الخاصة بها من تحليل للمشكلة وتوثيقها على نظام متابعه المشاكل ومن ثم متابعة معالجتها وتركيب حلها لدى العميل وذلك بعد انتهاء فحصها من قسم الجودة.11. تجهيز دليل أو قائمة بالتحديثات التي ستتم على الأنظمة بغرض عرضها للعميل قبل التركيب.12. عمل الاختبارات اللازمة على بيئة الفحص لدى العميل والتأكد من سلامة التركيب والتحديثات المطلوبة مع أخذ الموافقة عليها من العميل قبل التركيب على بيئة الإنتاج لدى العميل.13. القيام بتركيب النسخ المحدثة من الأنظمة الموردة لدى العميل مع تجهيز التقارير المعتمدة الخاصة بها ومع تسليم حلول الملاحظات والتعديلات الجديدة التي تمت على الأنظمة.14. تقديم الدعم الفني للمستخدمين والإجابة على استفساراتهم والمساعدة في تقديم الحلول المناسبة والفعالة لهم في أقرب وقت ممكن.15. القيام بحل المشاكل البسيطة التي لها إجراءات حل واضحة وموثقة في الشركة.16. القدرة على تحديد أولويات حلول الملاحظات والتعديلات المطلوبة على الأنظمة ووفقاً للاحتياج الفعلي لدى العميل وتصعيد المشاكل -عند الحاجة- ليتم العمل على إنجازها في أقرب وقت ممكن مع ضرورة إطلاع العميل أولاً بأول عن سير العمل الخاص بملاحظاته ومتطلباته.17. تحري الدقة والشمولية والوضوح والتوثيق في الإفادات المقدمة للعميل ولإدارة المشروع في جميع الأعمال الموكلة له.18. مراجعة التعديلات المطلوبة من المستخدمين والتأكد من توفرها بالنظام من عدمه قبل إرسالها للشركة.19. القدرة على اكتشاف الملاحظات الموجودة في النظام والعمل على حلها أو الإبلاغ عنها لإدارة المشروع ليتم معالجتها وتصحيحها في أقرب وقت ممكن قبل اكتشافها والتبليغ عنها من قبل العميل.20. العمل على متابعه التحديثات والإصدارات الجديدة التي تتم على الأنظمة ومعرفة الجديد الموجود فيها.21. القيام بدعم قسم المبيعات أثناء عملية البيع وذلك من خلال استعراض مزايا الأنظمة الموجودة لدينا بالشركة مع القيام بالاجتماعات المطلوبة ذات العلاقة.22. التعامل مع العملاء بطريقة احترافية وعكس الصورة الإيجابية الدائمة عن الشركة.<br>شروط الوظيفة:• درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في أحد تخصصات علوم الكمبيوتر أو تقنية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات أو تقنية الأعمال أو أي من مجالات الحاسوب من جامعه معترف بها، ويفضل تخصص نظم المعلومات.• خبرة 4 سنوات في مجال العمل على تطبيقات أنظمة المعلومات وحلول الأعمال وخاصة أنظمة GRP or ERP.<br>الشهادات :• Azure Developer Associate• Azure Administrator Associate• Power Platform Developer Associate• Project Management Professional
