As a Fleet Workshop Supervisor, you will oversee workshop and fleet maintenance activities, ensuring maximum vehicle availability, minimum downtime, effective maintenance cost control, and reliable operation of vehicles and their cooling/refrigeration units.<br> Location: Hail <br><br>Key Responsibilities Maximize fleet availability and minimize vehicle downtime through effective maintenance planning and follow-up. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet/workshop performance reports. Coordinate with Sales and other functions to resolve fleet-related operational issues. Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality. What We’re Looking For Automobile/Mechanical Engineering qualification or Higher Diploma. 2–3 years of relevant Fleet/Workshop/Maintenance experience. Strong hands-on knowledge of commercial vehicle preventive and corrective maintenance. Good technical knowledge of vehicle cooling/refrigeration units. Experience managing workshop teams, workflow, productivity, and safety. Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems. Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities. FMCG, dairy, food distribution, or temperature-controlled fleet experience is highly preferred.
