As trusted advisors, Logistics Supply chain Manager, work alongside DSPs to help solve their biggest challenges at a programmatic level, influence their business planning and strategy, and look around corners to identify obstacles and recommend solutions, ensuring DSP owners make effective business decisions and are set up for success.<br>Key job responsibilities<br>As a Logistics Supply chain Manager, you will partner with 25-30 DSP owners across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including entrepreneurs with no background in the logistics industry, or seasoned logistics carrier (Depending on business program)<br>Work closely with a portfolio of owners at different stages as they set strategy, help drive accountability and engagement, and motivate and track key performance metrics.<br>Collaborate with an integrated internal team of Program Managers and Compliance and Finance personnel to ensure owners launch and scale their business in compliance with program requirements.<br>Support owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level.<br>As Logistics Supply chain Manager will do this by analyzing problems, discovering insights, delivering recommendations, and driving change both internally and externally.<br>They will collaborate frequently with a wide array of integrated internal stakeholders such as Partner Relations (PAR), Value Added Service (VAS), Legal, fleet and network health to name a few. The Logistics Supply chain Manager support owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level. They facilitate and execute Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP) and build two-way feedback channels with OTR teams, DSPs and WW/EU Product and strategy.<br>The Logistics Supply chain Manager r will be required to work flexibly and will be required to travel between multiple sites to engage with business owners weekly to carry out their role effectively.<br>A day in the life<br>Safety:<br>- Partner with OTR Safety and OTR Regional Managers to ensure business safety compliance.<br>Performance:<br>- Guide owners as they scale their business and manage operational issues, ensuring they have the resources to effectively ramp up operations and prepare for peak periods.<br>- Support owners through onboarding and program launch preparation (net new launches only).<br>- Coach owners to run compliant, safe, and high performing companies through SLS metric deep dives.<br>- Ensure effective upskilling and utilization of AMZL tools.<br>- Deep dive into customer metrics to identify and act on improvement opportunities.<br>- Champion the consistent application of Last Mile processes within Delivery Stations and challenge UTR processes that negatively impact OTR.<br>Experience:<br>- Identify workflow inefficiencies and formulate and implement operational improvements at the network level to enhance the individual DSP owner experience.<br>- Develop and strengthen the relationship between Amazon and DSP partners, with a focus on DSP sentiment improvement.<br>- Ensure clear and aligned communication to DSP business owners in close collaboration with OTR partners.<br>- Serve as the voice of the DSP and represent their interests within the AMZL business.<br>- Drive improvements in driver standards to protect Amazon's brand image.<br>Capacity Management:<br>- Work with DSPs to deliver effective ramp plans and pipeline goals, ensuring driver supply is achieved to meet peak volume demands.<br>- 2+ years of sales or account management experience<br>- Experience with Excel<br>- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers<br>- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts<br>- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms<br>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
