Role Description O’Mué is seeking an experienced French Teacher to join its team in Lebanon. This is a contract position requiring a minimum of 7 years of demonstrated professional experience in French language teaching. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality French language instruction to learners at different proficiency levels using engaging, learner-centered, and communicative teaching methodologies. The role includes assessing learner progress, providing constructive and individualized feedback, maintaining accurate attendance and performance records, and adapting teaching strategies to meet different learning needs. The French Teacher will also contribute to curriculum development, preparation and adaptation of teaching materials, learner assessments, and the continuous improvement of O’Mué's language training programmes. The position may involve both in-person and online/hybrid teaching, depending on programme requirements. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, professional reliability, and the ability to work effectively with learners from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 7 years of proven professional experience in French language teaching. Demonstrated experience teaching French to individuals and/or groups across different proficiency levels. Strong academic background in French, Education, Linguistics, Applied Languages, or a related field. Native or near-native command of French. Strong command of English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Demonstrated competence in lesson planning, curriculum development, and learner assessment. Experience developing and adapting teaching materials for different learner profiles and proficiency levels. Strong understanding of learner-centered, communicative, and interactive teaching methodologies. Experience using digital learning tools, online teaching platforms, and educational technology. Ability to deliver engaging lessons in both in-person and online/hybrid environments. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and classroom-management skills. Ability to provide constructive feedback and monitor learner progress effectively. Experience teaching in Lebanon or multicultural learning environments is an advantage. Professional commitment, flexibility, punctuality, and reliability are essential. We are now looking for a CEO / Co-Founder who can help lead the next stage of the company.<br>The first priority is clear: help Skillscaper raise approximately €1.5M in seed funding. This role is for someone who can open serious investor conversations quickly, build trust with strategic partners, and help position Skillscaper with the right investors, family offices, institutions and commercial partners.<br>The ideal profile has:Direct access to investors, family offices, funds, or strategic partners;Experience in fundraising, investment, corporate development, or high-level business development;Strong credibility in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, or international markets;Ability to represent the company with investors, institutions and senior decision-makers;Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to join an early-stage company;Interest in healthcare, care, education, workforce development, AI, assessment or digital transformation.<br>Key responsibilities:Lead or directly support the seed fundraising process;Open investor conversations and strategic partnership opportunities;Help structure Skillscaper’s Saudi / GCC market entry;Represent the company externally with credibility and professionalism;Work with the founding team on growth strategy, positioning and execution;Help convert strategic interest into funding, pilots, partnerships and commercial traction.<br>This is not a role for someone looking only for an advisory position. We are looking for a CEO / Co-Founder who can be active, responsive, commercially driven and directly involved in moving the company forward.<br>Compensation is equity-based at this stage, until funding or sufficient revenue is secured.
